Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized university and 5 years professional Experience in a Library under Central or State Governments or Autonomous or Statuary Organizations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or Recognized Research or Educational Institutions.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
