Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 32 years for Assistant-I and 30 years for Assistant-II as on 01.04.2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Assistant-I:- Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Science with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university or Diploma in Computer Applications and one year experience in Office Management in State / Central Govt. organisations.
Assistant-I (Finance & Accounts): Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university or Diploma in Computer Applications and one year experience in Finance & Accounts Section in State / Central Govt. organisations.
Assistant-I (Archive): Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 60% marks from a university, one year Diploma in Archives and Record Management / Archival Studies.
Assistant-II: Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Science / Commerce with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university and working knowledge of Computer Applications with speed of 9000 key depression per hour in English on computer or Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications.
Pay Scale:
- Rs. 9300-34800/- + GP Rs. 4200/- for Assistant-I
- Rs. 5200-20200/- + GP Rs. 2400/- for Assistant-II
